Context and problem

Defining objectives is not enough

Organizations need to keep teams aligned, connect strategy with daily work, and understand what is moving forward, what needs attention, and where blockers exist.

1

Scattered information

Objectives, key results, and initiatives can end up spread across documents, spreadsheets, and conversations.

2

Late decisions

Without a centralized view, follow-up becomes harder and the ability to act in time is reduced.

The challenge was to design a clear experience for different roles, capable of managing measurable objectives and organizing the structure of the organization and its teams.

The solution

A clear foundation for managing, aligning, and visualizing OKRs

The current version of IbisQuest enables organizations to configure their structure, define cycles, objectives, key results, and initiatives, align objectives across teams and the organization, and record and visualize progress in the OKR workspace.

  1. 1

    Configure

Set up the organization, its teams, contributors, roles, and permissions.

  2. 2

    Define

Create cycles, objectives, key results, and initiatives to establish the work that needs to be managed.

  3. 3

    Align

Relate team objectives to organizational objectives to connect different levels of direction.

  4. 4

    Record and visualize

Record progress in initiatives, key results, and objectives, and review their status in the OKR workspace.
